This Privacy Policy explains how MonetizeDesign LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use NabuDocs.

1. Information we collect

We collect account data, authentication records, API token metadata, project metadata, document titles, document bodies, Markdown content, import/export activity, cookies, and operational logs such as IP address, user agent, request path, and response status.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide document storage and rendering, authenticate users, secure accounts and APIs, power search/import/export workflows, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party processors

We may share the minimum needed information with processors such as hosting, database, email, analytics, error monitoring, file upload, authentication, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain account data and document content while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, audit, legal, and support purposes. You may request deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

5. Security

NabuDocs uses commercially reasonable safeguards including TLS, hashed passwords, scoped API tokens, session protections, owner-scoped records, conservative Markdown rendering, and restricted production credentials. No system is perfectly secure.
