Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of NabuDocs, including the website, authenticated workspace, APIs, document storage, Markdown rendering, imports, exports, and related services operated by MonetizeDesign LLC. By using NabuDocs, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

NabuDocs stores, organizes, renders, imports, exports, and searches project documentation. It is intended for product docs, planning docs, project notes, and agent-readable Markdown files.

2. Accounts and API tokens

You are responsible for keeping login credentials and API tokens secure. Actions taken through your account or tokens are treated as your actions. We may revoke tokens, suspend access, or terminate accounts that create legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use NabuDocs to violate laws, infringe rights, attack or disrupt the service, access another user's data, distribute malware or spam, or store content that is unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

4. Customer content

You own the projects, documents, Markdown, metadata, and other content you submit. You grant MonetizeDesign LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, render, search, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve NabuDocs.

5. Markdown rendering and exports

NabuDocs may render Markdown to HTML and export project documents. You are responsible for reviewing documents before relying on them and for ensuring you have rights to the content you store or distribute.

6. Disclaimers and liability

NabuDocs is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, MonetizeDesign LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
